5. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Bethesda Pilates understands that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may vary depending on the service or booking arrangement. Any applicable cancellation or late-cancellation policy communicated during booking will apply to that appointment.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without proper notice may result in the loss of the session, package credit, or applicable fee.

Bethesda Pilates provides fitness and Pilates instruction and does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, physical therapy, or other medical services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information provided on the Website, including information regarding Pilates, fitness, movement, posture, strength, flexibility, or wellness, is provided for general informational purposes only.

Nothing on the Website should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
