PILATES METHOD
Pilates is a physical training method named after it's creator Joseph Pilates, he called his method contrology. He described contrology as the complete coordination of body mind and spirit. Pilates is an effective and safe method of exercise. Pilates is a detailed system of exercises that help to increase strength and flexibility, coordination, balance, and is a highly effective way to recover from injury.
Romana's Pilates Method is a classical Pilates method. Romana Kryzanowska was the world renowned chosen protege of Joseph Pilates and taught the method for nearly six decades. Romana's Pilates is considered to be the gold standard of Pilates Certification throughout the world.
