CLASSES/RATES
Private, Duet and Group classes are all 50-55 minutes.
All Private sessions are by appointment only!
Private sessions are highly recommended prior to taking group classes. Form and alignment cannot be taught in a group setting.
PRIVATE SESSIONS
Private (one on one) instructor guided sessions provide the maximum benefit. Private instruction ensures safety and proper form and alignment.

DUET SESSIONS
Semi-private or duet session are instructor guided sessions for two people at the same skill level.

SMALL GROUP/MAT CLASS
Small group classes have no more than 10 people to a class and all small group classes are mat classes. Classes are kept small to ensure the safety of all participants. Private sessions are highly recommended prior to taking mat classes. Private sessions ensure proper form and alignment; this cannot be taught in a group setting.

24-hour notice is required for any cancellation, if there is not a 24 hour notice the session will be charged the full fee.

Sunday: 10 AM
Monday: 10 AM & 5:30 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM & 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM & 5:30 PM
Thursday: 10 AM & 6:00 PM
Friday: 9 AM & 3:00 PM
